This Test is designed to detect spoilage microorganisms found in alcoholic beverages, to aid in process improvement. This test is not appropriate to detect human pathogenic organisms, and is no substitute for a comprehensive food safety analysis, which we do not offer. Samples with potentially harmful substances with not be accepted.
